  • Please note specific return conditions for products with hygiene requirements, such as wearable devices, which can only be returned unopened.

4. Refund

  • After receiving and inspecting your returned product, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days .
  • The refund will be made via the same payment method you used for your purchase. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the amount to appear on your account.

5. Exchanges and Replacements

  • Should you wish to receive a different product, please contact us to discuss an exchange. If the desired product is not available, we offer a full refund.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Tech4All covers the return costs for defective or wrong products. In other cases, the return costs are for the account of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
